Residential Recycling Collections

Industry wide driver and helper shortages and truck issues have resulted in delays and cancelations of residential recycling in central Virginia.

Friday, 10/15  Blue Week collections are on 1-2 Day Delay , put your recycling out the day after your regular collection day and leave out until collected. TFC crews collecting Blue Wednesday routes today 10/15.

Blue Thursday being picked up Friday 10/15 and  Saturday 10/16. Blue Friday picked up Saturday 10/16 and Monday 10/18. Please have containers out for collection.

As we continue to work on getting caught up, Red Week recyclers need to put recycling containers out on their REGULAR  collection day. TFC crews may start some Red Mon collections on Mon, Oct 18 so please have containers out. Collections could occur 1 day later.

Please leave recycling out for collection or use  a City of Richmond  drop off location.
