RICHMOND — CVWMA contractors will begin service earlier than normal Wednesday, Feb. 19, to get ahead of forecasted snow.

Residents are asked to have material out and ready for collection tonight.

This includes Red Wednesday curbside recyclers in Richmond, Henrico, Hopewell and Petersburg.

It also includes Wednesday trash customers in Colonial Heights and Hopewell.

Crews may have to pause collections midday as snow accumulates.

CVWMA asks residents to leave containers out until collected.
