City of Colonial Heights
CVWMA partners with the City of Colonial Heights on trash and recycling programs.
An online self-service tool is available to:
- Schedule bulky waste collections (read requirements below)
- Report missed collections
- Request additional carts (fees may apply)
Select “Colonial Heights” from the drop-down menu. Enter your address, then click “New Service Request.” Select Recycling or Trash category at top.
Trash collection is every Wednesday starting at 7 a.m.
*The user fee does not purchase the cart for the customer. Carts are property of CVWMA and must remain at the assigned residence or business.
Bulky waste is collected each Wednesday.
Collection must be scheduled by 2 p.m. on Tuesdays for next-day service.
