RICHMOND — The holidays will delay some CVWMA recycling and trash collections. There will be no service on Dec. 25 or Jan. 1. Collections Wednesday through Friday will slide to the next day during both weeks. Wednesday collections will be Thursday. Thursday collections will be Friday. Friday collections will be Saturday.
