NEWS RELEASE: Labor Day 2024 to Delay CVWMA Collections

RICHMOND, VA — CVWMA collections will be delayed Sept. 2-6 because of Labor Day.

There will be no collections on Monday, Sept. 2.

Red Week recycling collections will be delayed by one day.

Trash pickup in Ashland, Colonial Heights and Hopewell will be delayed by a day.

Collections normally scheduled for Friday will occur on Saturday, Sept. 7.
