The City of Richmond will host its E-Cycle Day Saturday, Sept. 30, at 1710 Robin Hood Road. The event is for City of Richmond residents only. Services available: document shredding (limit 5 boxes per resident), electronics recycling (some fees apply), household hazardous waste collection (pesticides, herbicides, oil-based paint). There will also be a giveaway of biodegradable leaf bags (10 per resident).
