RICHMOND — Curbside recycling collected last fiscal year in Henrico, Hanover and Goochland rose 34% compared to the previous fiscal year, according to the Central Virginia Waste Management Authority. There will be no recycling or trash collection on Thursday, Nov. 23, Thanksgiving Day.
