The event is for City of Richmond residents only. Services available: document shredding (limit 5 boxes per resident), electronics recycling (some fees apply), household hazardous waste collection (pesticides, herbicides, oil-based paint). There will also be a giveaway of biodegradable leaf bags (10 per resident).
