Henrico County Western Government Center 4301 E. Parham Road, Henrico, VATHIS EVENT IS CANCELED DUE TO WEATHER. Henrico County will host a paper shredding and electronics recycling event on Saturday, Sept. 23, 10 a.m. until 1 p.m., at the county's Western Government Center. Some fees apply for electronics.
