The Central Virginia Waste Management Authority (CVWMA) is seeking bids for Battery Collection and Recycling Services from various sites located within the service area. The contract(s) resulting from this Invitation for Bid will be for a one (1)-year period with four (4) one-year renewal options. The Central Virginia Waste Management Authority (CVWMA) is seeking proposals for collecting, hauling and disposing of Household Hazardous Waste (HHW) at various sites located within its service area. The contract or contracts resulting from this Request for Proposals will be for a five-year period beginning on or before July 1, 2026. Written proposals must be submitted to the CVWMA and received no later than 2:00 p.m., Friday, March 20, 2026. A copy of the full Request for Proposals is available here.
