A list is available at cvwma.com/cvwma-education/christmas-tree-recycling/. Programs are open only to residents of the sponsoring locality. Concerned Citizens of Charles City County is partnering with Charles City Elementary School for an Earth Day celebration Saturday, April 23, on school grounds. The event will begin with a litter cleanup at 10 a.m. Free lunch will be served at 12:30, followed by ecology programs for all ages (by University of Richmond students and faculty). There will also be music and pony rides.
