Prince George County Clean Community Day will be Saturday, Oct. 4, 2025. This event is for Prince George County residents to dispose of household hazardous waste, tires and certain unwanted items without charge.

NO BUSINESSES WILL BE PERMITTED TO DISPOSE OF ITEMS AT EITHER LOCATION (see locations below).

• Car and light-duty truck tires only. Rims must be removed.

Household hazardous waste – bring in original containers

• Oil-based paints, thinners, solvents
• Pesticides
• Brake fluid, floor cleaners
• Unwanted fuels (gasoline, kerosene)
• Chemistry sets and photographic chemicals

Electronics

Paper shredding

• No binders
• Paper clips and staples OK
