A pesticide collection event will be offered August 7, 2025, for residents and businesses near Hanover County. This event is hosted by the Virginia Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services, in partnership with Virginia Cooperative Extension. The event will be from 9 a.m. until 1 p.m. at the Courthouse Convenience Center, 7232 Courtland Farm Road, Hanover, VA 23069.

This program is for the disposal of unwanted and outdated pesticides currently stored by homeowners, agricultural producers, licensed pesticide business, certified applicators and golf courses.
