The City of Hopewell Public Works Department hosts its Spring Citywide Cleanup April 18-25, 2026.

During the Citywide Cleanup, residents are encouraged to clean around their homes and along their streets.

The Citizen Convenience Center at 507 Station St., will extend operating hours during the week, from 12:30-6 p.m. Monday through Friday, and 8 a.m.-6 p.m. Saturday. Disposal fees for certain items will be waived. Freon removal fees still apply.

Off-rim tires will be accepted at a limit of four per resident and eight per household.

Not Accepted:

• Household trash
• Concrete or masonry
• Paint
• Batteries
• Automobile motors
• Hazardous wastes
