The City of Richmond will host E-Cycling Day Saturday, May 16, 2026, at 1710 Robin Hood Road (the Parker Field Annex).

This event is for city residents only. No businesses.

This will be a drive-through event.

Here’s what will be accepted:

Electronics (fees apply for some items – pay by card only)

• TVs
• Monitors
• Computers and laptops
• Cell phones and tablets
• Small appliances
• Cables, keyboards and computer accessories
• CDs, DVDs and tapes
• Almost anything with a plug

No batteries, light bulbs, smoke detectors or items containing Freon accepted.

Personal papers for on-site shredding (no cost)

• Up to five boxes per vehicle
• No binders, staples or clips

Household hazardous waste (no cost)

• Oil-based paints
• Pesticides, bug sprays
• Herbicides

Latex paints will not be accepted. Try to use up all paint! Latex paint can be left in the can until dry, then disposed of in household trash.
