How can I begin participating in the curbside recycling program?

Curbside recycling collection is determined by many factors, including the population of an area and cost to provide service to those residents.  Eligibility requirements apply.  To determine if your single family address is included in the program, please try our address search feature, or contact the Recycling Hotline at 340-0900 , or email  customerservice@cvwma.com,  or complete the online form.

I live in an apartment/townhouse complex- how can I recycle?

Forty-one drop-off sites provide convenient recycling opportunities to homes not included in the curbside collection program.  The same material is collected in this program as in the curbside program.  For more information about the drop-off recycling program, click here

Multi-family complexes are eligible for CVWMA's newspaper drop-off recycling program.Call the Recycling Hotline at 340-0900 or email us to request more information about recycling newspapers in your community.

I will be moving soon. Does my new house have curbside recycling?

Curbside recycling collection through the CVWMA program is only available to single family residences at this time in 7 localities. Please try our address search feature or contact the Recycling Hotline at 340-0900 to see if your new address has curbside recycling service. If you are moving from a home that has curbside recycling collection, remember to leave your CVWMA bin at your old house.  The bin belongs to the house, not to you!  If your new address is eligible for curbside collection and you don't have a bin there, we will be glad to help you with different container options.

For questions not addressed above, please call the Recycling Hotline at 340-0900 or email us
