Save the Date! The City of Richmond Department of Public Utilities – Stormwater Utility is hosting a Tire Amnesty Day on Saturday, June 4 from 9 am – 2 pm at Robin Hood Road and N. Blvd. Field area across from Arthur Ashe Center.
