Educational Resources Order Form

The CVWMA offers a variety of publications and educational tools for the use of citizens in central Virginia. 

To Request Resources from CVWMA

Complete this FORM and return it to CVWMA by fax or email.   Please allow CVWMA at least two business days to prepare your materials.  You will receive a confirmation by email (preferred) or telephone that your package is available for pickup or has been mailed. 

Cost

CVWMA does not charge a fee for use of these materials. Note: There is a $25.00 refundable deposit required for loan of the Journey Through the MRF kit and the Journey to a Landfill kit.

Availability

Resources are available to citizens residing within the CVWMA service area ONLY.  To check our service area, please click HERE. Many of these materials are specific to CVWMA programs and may not be applicable to programs in other communities or statewide. 

CVWMA has limited quantities of these resources.  Materials will be loaned by request as we receive them.  Demand for these materials increases in April and May.  CVWMA reserves the right to limit quantities of videos requested during peak periods.

Pick Up and Delivery

Small quantities (up to 10 total publications or a single video) may be mailed.  Larger quantities must be picked up from our office.  On the order form, please indicate the date and time you would like to pick up the items you have selected. 

Publications may also be available for pick up from the office of your county/city's department of public works.  Please EMAIL US if you are interested in this option.   This may delay the availability of your items by a few weeks. 

Our office is located at 2100 W Laburnum Ave, Suite 105 in Richmond.  We are open from 8 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday.  Printable directions to our office are available HERE.
